How NetEquip Central handles enquiry and website data.
Data we collect
When you submit a quote, equipment or contact form, we store the business and contact information, requirement details, source page, timestamp, language and limited campaign parameters. A one-way network address hash may be stored for abuse prevention.
Search logging
Search terms are logged without personal identifiers so we can see which hardware buyers look for. This is used for stock planning only.
Purpose
We use this information to respond, manage the B2B relationship, protect forms and plan inventory. Lead data is not sold.
Retention and rights
Retention periods and the legal entity contact will be finalized before active commercial processing. Contact info@netequipcentral.com for access, correction or deletion requests.
Processors
Hosting and configured email providers process data only to operate the service. Optional analytics remains disabled until consent.
